Western Management Consultants has been one of Canada's leading executive search firms since our Firm was founded in Vancouver over 30 years ago.  We have grown steadily and today provide consulting services in executive search, leadership development, compensation and benefits, management assessment, and strategic planning through offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto. 

Executive search has been a cornerstone activity for our firm since 1975.  Since then we have conducted hundreds of successful searches for companies throughout Canada.  Our focus is on executive, senior and middle management positions.
