Higher Bracket Online Media Inc. provides you with the ability to send your resume to prospective employers and recruiters. The following applies to the use of your resume.

You are providing your resume directly to the employer or recruiter that has posted a job on the Site, and will be subject to their privacy policies regarding the information on your resume. Although we attempt to deal with only reputable companies and endeavor to check the postings on the Site for validity, Higher Bracket Online Media Inc. is not responsible for any improper or unwanted use of your information that is beyond our reasonable control.

If you so choose during the application process, Higher Bracket Online Media Inc. may collect a copy of your resume to furnish to other recruiters or employers seeking candidates for positions that may or may not fit your skill set.
